
Keto Pumpkin Loaves
Servings 6 mini loaves
Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup erythritol sweetener, powdered
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- pecan halves, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 6 mini loaf pans.
- In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients INTO dry ingredients.
- Divide dough into six equal parts.
- Add pecan halves on top for decoration if you would like.
- Bake 30 – 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
